Return & Refund Policy

At AppliVibe, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which products purchased from our store may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By placing an order with AppliVibe, you agree to the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 10-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • The item must be in original condition, free from scratches, stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and protective materials must be included

  • The product must be in a resalable condition

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

Items returned that do not meet these criteria may be:

  • Rejected and returned to the customer, or

  • Approved for a partial refund at our discretion


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and fairness reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Clearance, final-sale, or “as-is” items

  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

  • Personal hygiene or consumable products once opened

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Items missing serial numbers or security seals

These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered items.


3. Return Request Process

All returns must be approved before shipping.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact AppliVibe Customer Support

  2. Email: support@AppliVibe.com

  3. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos (required for damaged/defective items)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with:

  • Return approval or rejection

  • Return shipping instructions

  • Any additional steps required

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error

If your item was:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

TechNest will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no charge.

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method

  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items

AppliVibe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Inspection & Refund Approval

Once your return is received:

  • The item will be inspected within 3–5 business days

  • You will be notified via email of approval or rejection

Refund Outcomes

  • Approved: Refund processed

  • Partially Approved: Partial refund issued with explanation

  • Rejected: Item returned to you at your expense


6. Refund Processing & Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Estimated Processing Times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Shopify Payments: 5–10 business days

Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.


7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

  • The product is returned in damaged condition not caused by us

The refund amount will be determined based on the item’s condition.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim is resolved

After verification, AppliVibe will offer:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund

  • Store credit (upon request)

No return shipping costs will be charged for these cases.


9. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Exchange conditions:

  • The original item must meet return eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days

  • If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid

  • If it costs less, the balance will be refunded


10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled

  • Canceled orders within the allowed timeframe receive a full refund


11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact support@AppliVibe.com

We will assist in tracking the refund status.


12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact AppliVibe before initiating chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent purchase restrictions


13. Gifts & Promotional Orders

  • Gift returns may receive store credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser

  • Promotional items may be excluded from refunds


14. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

AppliVibe reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns from customers who abuse the policy

  • Limit future purchases

  • Report fraudulent activities


15. Policy Modifications

AppliVibe may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting with a revised date.
